Rustic Temecula Wedding

This is officially one of my favorite table set ups I have done!

It was for an outdoor wedding in Temecula!

She wanted to keep the desserts fairly rustic, and we played up the burlap and wooden crates!

Salted Caramel Wedding Cake

Strawberry cupcakes, lemon cupcakes, lemon blueberry crumble,  and peach crumble

Strawberry cheesecake bites, and chocolate heath bar cookies

Toasted Almond Grooms Cake

Peanut butter cookies and caramel swirl brownies

Banana cream pie cups, oatmeal raisin cookies and vanilla bean cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes and cranberry apple crumbles

This was my favorite dessert table up to this point just because of the rustic look of the burlap and wooden crates! I added fake burlap flowers to the front of the table and I think that it was the touch that made it perfect!

Laguna Beach Wedding!

What a beautiful wedding in Laguna Beach!

This was a 5 tier vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries and topped with a vanilla buttercream.

We used graham cracker crumbs as "sand" and made hand painted white chocolate shells!

I LOVED the way that the final product turned out!

We also made a polymer clay cake topper so that they can keep if forever!

From the back!

Girly Jungle 1st Birthday!

This was by far one of the most fun cakes I have made to date!

It was a two tier vanilla cake with a bavarian cream filling and vanilla buttercream. The smash cake was carrot cake with a cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream.

It had a big pink bow, giraffe print boarders flowers and girly jungle critters complete with little pink bows on their heads.

These were made out of fondant, and were 98% edible (- the stick supporting the head on the body)

The elephant (my personal favorite) and the lion!

The rhino and the giraffe on the top of the two tier cake!

The monkey and zebra!

The smash cake! Turned out so cute also!

Pink Pirate Cake Topper!

This cake turned out so cute!!!!!!

My client had a friend making the cupcakes for the party but she had me make this adorable topper for the top of the cake stand! I used the outfit the birthday girl was going to be wearing, a hat she took pictures in, as well as the pink pirate theme as inspiration in creating this adorable cake!

We used real lace and feathers on the cake because the birthday girl had a jumper and had that was covered in girly frills! The skulls she was using had pink bows and heart shaped eyes! It was so cute!

This is officially one of my favorite pirate themed cakes I have done!

2 Foot Wine Bottle Cake

This was officially the tallest and largest cake I have ever made!

It stood 2 feet tall and was 8 inches around. It had 16 layers of toasted almond cake and the filling was almond buttercream, mini chocolate chips and toasted almonds. It was covered with vanilla buttercream and gold fondant.

I forgot to take pictures of the cookies that went on the table with it, but you can kind of see them in the corner at the bottom of the cake. It was two per bag and each one had a wine glass cookie (some with red wine and some with white wine. Each bag also had a cookie with a bunch of grapes (some red some green).

The 50 on the label was 3D and was covered in sparkles to make it stand out against the rest of the label!

All over the back we did swirls in pink, purple, violet, black and white. We also did dots and 50's. It was a fun fun cake! It was very fitting seeing as they were spending the day and having lunch at a winery in Temecula!

Congratulations Sara & Mike!

I was so excited to do the desserts for this engagement party!

We did chocolate cupcakes with almond filling and a vanilla buttercream as well as a carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese icing (not pictured). We played up the gold and teal color scheme by putting different fondant toppers on top that said "i do", "S&M", "Love", "Yes" as well as engagement rings and hearts! They turned out so cute!

We also did a variety of the dessert cups. They included lemon meringue, chocolate cheesecake mousse and vanilla bean cheesecake mousse with fresh strawberries!

I know the picture is blurry, but these were the cute signs we made for the dessert table set up!

Telescope Cupcakes

What a cool birthday treat for the CEO and some employees at a telescope manufacturing company! It would be fun for any space related birthday as well!

They were carrot cake cupcakes with a cream cheese icing! We did a few planets, stars as well as one of their signature types of telescopes!

Pretty cute if you ask me!

Boating Birthday Cookies

These turned out so cute! We did almond shortbread cookies with a boating theme. They were heading out of town to spend the week on a houseboat and wanted to take some sweet treats with them to help celebrate the birthday! We did red and blue sandals, life rings, anchors, sunglasses, and "happy birthday joe" topped cookies! So fun!

Eastern Carolina University Going Away Cake!

These pictures didn't do the cake justice on how cute it turned out! The lighting was hard to work with....

It was a two tier cake made to look like suitcases. The whole case was white with dark purple borders and yellow gold straps and accents. It was for a high school seniors graduation party. She will be attending Eastern Carolina University in the fall! Nothing says congratulations and good luck like a sweet suitcase cake made with the school colors and pirate mascot!

The various stickers on the suitcase said things like "Pirate Nation", "Arrggh", "Congratulations", and "Good luck". There was also a softball, mit, and bat on the side because she is playing softball for the school as well!

The fondant pirate turned out so fun!
