Rustic Temecula Wedding

This is officially one of my favorite table set ups I have done!

It was for an outdoor wedding in Temecula! 

She wanted to keep the desserts fairly rustic, and we played up the burlap and wooden crates!

Salted Caramel Wedding Cake

Strawberry cupcakes, lemon cupcakes, lemon blueberry crumble,  and peach crumble

Strawberry cheesecake bites, and chocolate heath bar cookies

Toasted Almond Grooms Cake

Peanut butter cookies and caramel swirl brownies

Banana cream pie cups, oatmeal raisin cookies and vanilla bean cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes and cranberry apple crumbles

This was my favorite dessert table up to this point just because of the rustic look of the burlap and wooden crates! I added fake burlap flowers to the front of the table and I think that it was the touch that made it perfect!

I was so excited to do the desserts for this engagement party! 

We did chocolate cupcakes with almond filling and a vanilla buttercream as well as a carrot cake cupcake with cream cheese icing (not pictured). We played up the gold and teal color scheme by putting different fondant toppers on top that said "i do", "S&M", "Love", "Yes" as well as engagement rings and hearts! They turned out so cute! 

We also did a variety of the dessert cups. They included lemon meringue, chocolate cheesecake mousse and vanilla bean cheesecake mousse with fresh strawberries!

I know the picture is blurry, but these were the cute signs we made for the dessert table set up! 

Summer Engagement for Joe & Christine!

Unfortunately the pictures of this didn't show how fun it was with the splash of summer colors all around the table with the desserts. 

I wish I had been able to get a little farther away to show what the table as a whole looked like!

This was a fun event to do because it was very summery and the array of desserts was fun!

Bridal Shower! Congratulations Emily!

This dessert ball turned out so fun! What a delightful way to celebrate a bridal shower! 

My favorite part of all were these almond cookies! I love the color scheme that we worked with! It is fun because she will also be doing these as the thank you treats at her wedding! 

We did lemon meringue pie cups, red velvet cupcakes, and vanilla cheesecake mousse (not pictured)

We also did smore brownies, salted caramel whoopie pies, and german chocolate meringue tarts

Ballet Birthday!

This was a fun girly themed 5th birthday! 

We did one jumbo cupcake with a ballerina on top for the birthday girl!

The rest of the cupcakes were topped with sprinkles, ballet shoes, and tutus! 

We also did sugar cookies topped with tutus, 5's and shaped like ballet shoes!

Lastly we did a dozen cake pops. These turned out fun also! 

Fruit Tarts

This was just one of the desserts we did for a bridal shower dessert bar, however I guess it was the only picture that I got that day. 

I just loved the way these turned out! It was a lemon curd filled tart topped with kiwi, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and a slice of mandarin orange. It was then topped with an apricot glaze. What a fun summer time tea inspired bridal shower dessert! 

Danielle's Graduation!

Danielle just graduated from High School, and is moving to Switzerland for college. Seems like a suitcase cake was fitting! 

It was a three tier cake - 2 suitcases and the graduation cap!

We also did a full dessert bar around the cake! Congratulations Danielle!

It had some of her favorite quotes on it as well!

On the invitation it had the quote "She Believed She Could so She did!"

We included other things like the swiss flag, her new schools emblem, a softball, bon voyage, Switzerland and other tags. 

We did chocolate dipped pretzels, german chocolate meringue cups, and lemon meringue tarts

We also did turtle brownies and french macaroons

We did strawberry cheesecake mousse and chocolate dipped strawberries as well
