This was actually the cake I made for my grandmother's early 80th birthday. The wine bottle is made out of cake as well as the box under as well. I used unsweetened coconut as the filling for the box.
She is also a pre-diabetic so the whole cake was made sugar free, with sugar free icing. The only part not sugar free is the fondant, but that is fairly easy to remove.
I used an airbrush to give it the green glass shimmer.
