I didn't end up doing a whole lot for mothers day this year, however this is what I had made for my mom as an experiment. I baked chocolate cupcakes in a terra-cotta pot topped them with salted caramel icing and chocolate cookie crumbs followed by a fondant flower. Pretty fun!
