Rustic Temecula Wedding

This is officially one of my favorite table set ups I have done!

It was for an outdoor wedding in Temecula!

She wanted to keep the desserts fairly rustic, and we played up the burlap and wooden crates!

Salted Caramel Wedding Cake

Strawberry cupcakes, lemon cupcakes, lemon blueberry crumble,  and peach crumble

Strawberry cheesecake bites, and chocolate heath bar cookies

Toasted Almond Grooms Cake

Peanut butter cookies and caramel swirl brownies

Banana cream pie cups, oatmeal raisin cookies and vanilla bean cupcakes

Chocolate cupcakes and cranberry apple crumbles

This was my favorite dessert table up to this point just because of the rustic look of the burlap and wooden crates! I added fake burlap flowers to the front of the table and I think that it was the touch that made it perfect!

Laguna Beach Wedding!

What a beautiful wedding in Laguna Beach!

This was a 5 tier vanilla bean cake filled with white chocolate ganache and fresh strawberries and topped with a vanilla buttercream.

We used graham cracker crumbs as "sand" and made hand painted white chocolate shells!

I LOVED the way that the final product turned out!

We also made a polymer clay cake topper so that they can keep if forever!

Just Married!

This cake was so rustic and simple! I LOVED IT!

She got the cake topper on Etsy, and we used fresh flowers on the cake as well

Her flowers were BEAUTIFUL!

Love Wedding Cake

Even though this wedding cake was fairly simple in regards to the amount going on on the cake, it was very classy.

The bride had coffee cups that spelled love filled with flowers to place in front of the cake as well. Simple yet elegant!

Purple Roses Wedding Cake

This wedding cake was so clean and simple. I loved the elegance it had!
The piping design the bride picked is one of my personal favorites!

60th Anniversary

I loved the colors of this cake! It was for a 60th Anniversary and the couple never had a wedding cake so this was their wedding-ish style anniversary cake! The top was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and the bottom was a chocolate salted caramel cake. It had fondant ruffle flowers on it and a turquoise and bling ribbon border!

Up-close of the ruffle flowers!

I loved it because it was simple and elegant!

Chocolate Wedding

This was a hard picture to take because there was a mirror in behind the cake, and the light was shining in right on the cake. This cake was very simple but was extremely elegant! It was a dark brown fondant with a chocolate fondant ribbon. It had a small cluster of blood red roses on the top! Simple and Classy!

This was an awesome wedding! I flew home to California from North Carolina so that I could make this great collection of treats!
I made just over 1300 individual mini desserts and guests had a choice of a little bit of everything when I was finished!
I am so glad I got to do this one, Congratulations Kraus Family!!!!

It was set up in this awesome gazebo! It was so cute with the little candles and lights all over
